We want you to be completely satisfied with all of your purchases from WorkforceBookstore.com. If for any reason you need to return a purchase, please call 215.256.3130 or E-mail email@workforcebookstore.com for further instructions. Career Communications will refund or credit your charge card for the value of the publication. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We do not pay shipping on returns. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

2. Payment Options:

Individual/Business Purchases:

All personal, individual, or business orders must be prepaid by check or credit card. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, VISA, and American Express.

Universities/Schools/Libraries/Military Organizations:

Terms are net 30 days with an approved purchase order for all non-profit, education, and government buyers.

3. Our Shipping:

WorkforceBookstore.com uses UPS ground for all orders placed within the continental U.S. Orders sent to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. possessions and U.S. Military addresses will be shipped U.S. Mail. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of all in-stock items.
